The Internal BOM report in Bentley Fiber generates an Excel spreadsheet report on Bentley Fiber assets in a defined boundary, fence, or active file, including number of splice enclosures, sheaths, splitters/MUX devices, nodes, etc. In order to use the XLS format for the FiberBOM, the FiberCopperBOMTemplate.xls file that ships with OpenComms will need to be edited for the user’s project. The default location for this template file is:
